The Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is our multi-purpose building, which we built in 2005. It was funded by DEFRA and South Norfolk District Council and is used for a range of activities. It is a meeting place for community groups, it provides a place to hold lectures and workshops and during nursery hours it is a coffee shop serving home-made refreshments.
The windows of The Potting Shed afford you three different views. One view out over The Barn Garden, which is especially beautiful in Summer; a second view into our Red Squirrel enclosure, where you can watch them feeding and a third into South American Lapwing aviary. It is an interesting and peaceful place to sit and relax, while having a cup of tea and a slice of home-made cake.
