We maintain a diverse animal collection on our site, many of the species that we keep are part of International or European Breeding Programmes, with surplus stock being sent on breeding loan to responsible zoo collections worldwide.
We aim to add to this part of our website later in the year, giving population and geographical information for each species.

Please note that we have stock on loan to various institutions and that our entire collection contains 1000 specimens of 200 species. We only maintain a small collection at Blacksmiths Cottage Nursery.
As all of our surplus stock in donated to other institutions, our animals have no commercial value, however all of our stock is micro-chipped for identification purposes |
